Undergraduate Course: Bachelor Of Dental Surgery or BDS is one of the most popular and designated degree of dentists. BDS is the only educational and professional programmes of dental surgery in India. In the medical educational field, it’s the second choice of the students after the MBBS course.
The BDS certificate is provided on the completion of the four year academic education and the one year mandatory internship program in dentistry education including Surgical Procedures, Dental materials, Dental anatomy & Oral histology, Oral Pathology, Community Dentistry, Pedodontics, Oral Medicine & Radiology etc.
Postgraduate Course: Master of Dental Surgery or MDS is a three year course degree offered with different departments in it such as:

Eligibility to pursue UG programs required qualification is minimum 50% marks in 12th/II PUC for General category with PCM as compulsory subjects and 45% for SC/ST/OBC Category.
For PG Courses the Candidate must have secured 50% marks in Bachelor degree from recognized board for General and 45% for reserved with valid NEET PG or PGCET scores are eligible for admissions.
