Courses/Eligibility
UG Course: The programmes offered is 4.5 years BAMS degree with specialization in Ayurveda and surgery where students will learn about traditional medicines procured from herbs and shrubs in which useful medicines are extracted which can be treated to cure rare diseases which is not cured by drugs methods. Candidates need to take 1 year internship after completion of course to apply their practical knowledge gained during their studies in hospital.
Eligibility for BAMS course is qualified in 12th class or PUC with having a score of 50% marks in science related subjects for unreserved category & 45% for reserved category obtained from well recognized boards in India.
PG Course: Students wanting to pursue higher studies can do their masters in different fields of Ayurveda which consists of Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalya Tantra and Dravyaguna which are demanding courses for 2 year program degree that falls in ambit of science research areas. Students must have completed their Bachelor’s degree with score of 50% marks in affiliated board for general and 45% for SC/ST/OBC category.
NOTE: Students seeking direct admissions through management quota must have appeared & qualified with passing marks to become eligible for admissions.

Facilities & Accommodation
The department of Ayurveda provides an excellent herbal garden consisting of various medicinal plants which are used for preparing medicines. The college provides a well-equipped library with a section of both classical and modern works of Indian medicine. The collection of periodicals consists of 40 current subscriptions on Ayurveda, nutrition, conventional medicine, journals on research and current advances in Ayurveda from various Universities. The library is computerized and connected to Internet to browse latest information on medicine.
Sports: The Institute has a sprawling sports ground where students are encouraged for playing games such as hockey, football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, baseball and other disciplines. Sports Instructors and coaches are available to train students in various sports disciplines.
Canteen: The college canteen caters vegetarian and a few non vegetarian preferences to the students.
