BMS College is a private engineering college situated in Bangalore city area of Basavanagudi, Karnataka. It was established in 1946 by BMS Educational Trust founded by Mukunda Srinivasa which led to the development of one of the premier institution in India. It is affiliated to VTU and recognized by the Govt. of India through University Grants Commission. BMS College of Engineering(BMSCE) is ranked among the Institute of Importance by Bharat Sarkar and continues to produce many talented alumni among its students admitted in this institution due to which it has been approved by NAAC with A+ grade institution in India.

Courses Offered
- For UG Programs we have 4 years Bachelor in Engineering (B.E.) courses with the introduction of new courses in the academic year 2022:
- Civil, Mechanical, ECE, EEE, ISE, Chemical, CSE, CS, Aerospace, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Bio Technology.
- Other Courses include 5 years B.Arch. Program
- For PG Programs we have 2 years M.Tech Programs in various field of engineering including Construction Technology, Computer Science, electronics, thermal, design, digital, bio medical engineering.
Eligibility
- For Candidate seeking admissions in the above UG Courses should have passed in 12th or 2nd PUC with a minimum of 45% marks in physics & math as compulsory subjects for candidate belonging from General background and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC Category.
- Admissions for lateral entry students must have completed their Diploma Exams with 45% for unreserved and 40% for reserved are eligible for courses and KEA/COMEDK entrance exams r eligible for admissions.
- For PG Courses the Candidate must have secured 50% marks in Bachelor degree from recognized board for General and 45% for reserved with valid GATE or PGCET scores are eligible courses.
NOTE: Candidates seeking direct admissions through Management Quota must have appeared on any of the entrance exams of national level.

The campus is spread around 25 acres with well-equipped libraries, gyms, hostels according to the suitability of students.
